I still havent recovered a single lost file. I don't think that even a professionally organised scam masterminded by career criminals could match the level of fraud and misery that mediamax have achieved through sheer incompetence.

After a lot of email exchange referring to past disappointment and a lack of confidence in the future, Mediamax have gone from the ridiculous to the sublime as far as I am concerned.

They've really come up trumps and I hope that the improvement in the way I've been treated as a customer of late, is reflected in the way the system goes in the next couple of months.

It's a thumbs up for them from me
